In the province of England-Ireland, Sonia van Reyk, a member of the Olney Associates group, joined the Congregation of the Daughters of the Holy Spirit on 31 May 2023.
St. Joseph’s Convent Olney gave us a warm welcome, and we were joined in the beautiful chapel where the celebration took place by other Associates and friends from the Olney parish. Sister Dympna replaced Sister Anne Morris, provincial, who was unable to attend.
It was a joy to welcome Sonia to the DHS Spiritual Family, where over the years we have had many Associate commitments, each with its own particularity.
Thanks to Sister Clare and Sister Pat, responsible for Sonia’s formation, and to the Olney community for its hospitality.
